If it is a personalized product, please carefully check the letters in the name to be engraved, as well as the color, size, and other details in your order. This policy becomes effective from the delivery date.

The following reasons are covered by our FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy:
If the product's color fades, breaks, or falls off, please notify us immediately via email. You will receive either a refund or an exchange within 99 days. (We will only exchange the product for the same item or for an item of equal or lesser value.)
If you receive the wrong product, any damaged items, or personalized items that do not match the information you provided, or if the product quality is poor, please notify us immediately via email. You will receive either a refund or an exchange within 15 days.

The following reasons are covered by our LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy, which applies within 15 days (Customers are responsible for return shipping fees):

If you choose the wrong size.

For personal reasons, such as a change of mind, change of taste, ordering multiple personalized items for comparison or sizing, or failure to read the detailed product descriptions, etc.

Returns of personalized items will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Once we receive your order, we will immediately start the production of personalized items. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, it is free of charge within 24 hours. Please note that for canceled or modified orders of personalized items (after 24 hours), a 30% restocking fee will apply.

The following reasons are not applicable to our 99-day return policy, and we are not responsible for these issues:

Products that have been altered in size, redesigned, or repaired are not eligible for returns.
Products that have been damaged by corrosive substances or chemicals. Contact with strong chemicals can damage the appearance of your Shapelys product.
Silver items may turn black due to oxidation. Please use a silver polishing cloth to clean and restore their original appearance.
All orders placed after 99 days from the delivery date.
Products that have been used and damaged within 99 days.
Please note that these circumstances do not fall under our return policy and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Procedure:
To request a return, please contact our customer service team. If you need assistance, you can email us at support@shapelys.work. If there is a quality issue, please include clear photos of the items that can clearly show the problem.

Once your return request is accepted, we will process the refund within 3-7 business days through the original payment method. Please make sure to return all promotional gifts along with the returned items.

The returned product should be kept in its original condition.
